Our products are suitable for Drive, Tail, Snubbing and Idler applications and are always delivered to the most exacting standards across a wide range of sizes, materials and finishes.
Design & Manufacture
All our Conveyor Drums & Rollers are designed and custom manufactured to the highest industry standards and will be matched to your requirements by our highly experienced in-house teams.
We use the latest high specification CNC machines and CAD software to custom design to your needs or we can work with you to implement your own existing drawings.
Metal Rollers
We offer a full range in 304 and 316 stainless steel and aluminium (with anodised and colour options available).
We also have a complete range of mild steel options for heavier, industrial uses. We can manufacture our Drums & Rollers to any diameter up to 350mm and can deliver a face width up to 3m, depending on your needs.
Finishes & Coatings
We can provide a broad range of finishes & coatings allowing us to deliver for almost any application.
Teflon, Nickel, Zinc or Hard Chrome can be applied for durability and performance, a knurled or scrolled finish for improved belt grip. We can offer non-slip rubber coverings on all our Drums & Rollers products - food grade options are available.
Plastic Rollers
We also offer a wide range of plastic Conveyor Drums and Rollers. From FDA approved food grade polypropylene to high strength engineering plastics such as acetal and nylon.
We can manufacture any diameters up to 350mm and can deliver face width up to 3m, depending on your needs.
Driven Sprocket Rollers
Our range of driven sprocket rollers are made from mild steel as standard, with a durable BZP finish. These heavy-duty rollers are designed and manufactured specifically for heavier, industrial applications.
We craft the sprockets from a single steel block to create a more robust and stronger product, delivering reduced failure rates and excellent line performance and reliability for our customers.
