Cool Rollers
These new rollers are cool… literally! They have an inner drum with a hollow core that enables a constant flow of water to be circulated as a coolant. This allows heat to be dissipated evenly and a high-speed performance to be maintained in a high temperature environment.
Pressure tested to 6Bar and statically balanced these rollers have been designed and manufactured for our customer who enjoys a world-leading position in UV curing technology and the label printing market.
Crafted from a mild steel base these rollers have been nickel plated and hard chrome finished to achieve a very durable, corrosion resistant exterior with an excellent surface finish.
