Scrolled Rollers

We’ve just completed this order of scrolled rollers for our customer who specialises in the manufacture of Converting Machines for flexible film, aluminium foil, paper and adhesive tapes.

Theses rollers have mild-steel shafts with a food-grade polypropylene shell that have been scrolled for improved grip. With a concentricity across the whole roller of less than 0.1mm and with bearing journals made to H5 tolerance these 2m rollers also have a high precision 4 start left and right hand thread and will be used in machines that process shrink-wrap.

Working to a tight schedule we completed the whole order in less than 4 weeks to ensure the client could hit their own project deadlines - just another great example of the quick response, high precision work that Arnott Handling consistently deliver for our customers.
